Also check your batteries. I recently had a bad battery, which would cause it
to turn somewhat and chatter. You can sometimes have good voltage, but not
enough cranking amps. Good way to check is to put a volt meter on each battery
(one at a time), and check while cranking. They shouldn't drop more than a
volt or two while cranking, if they are good.
