Hi Jim ,
Further to my first offering , Ken is right, on 9/16" X 20 this
used as -6 =3/8 " jic . For sealing flat faced fittings you will need bonded
seals .
DO NOT be tempted to use copper tube ! IF vibration is the cause of your
problem then copper will VERY QUICKLY fail . {after a fire on board at sea
and a second pipe failure on a Volvo engine in 18 months on the same pipe I
reluctantly used flexible line ---- I had no more trouble }
