It had a few larger thin pieces in it (1/4 "). Should I worry?

for the pieces in the pan, Dust is normal, well it is more of a mud than
dust. I have seen shops get a rebuild job by telling the customer the
transmission is bad because of clutch dust in the pan Any Large pieces may
be trouble.
