Hi all.
I have scrounged a turbo charger from a M35 but when I spin the vanes, it
doesn't seem very smooth and is stiff (won't spin freely). I oiled it but I
fear it has rusted and caused some damage.
Should I just throw this away, take it somewhere to be rebuilt, or will it
free up under use? I thought that turbos spin at a high RPM and if it seems
"sticky", that probably means it's bad.
Any thoughts?
