- Do I have to take my pants off when
I put my nuts on the pipe facing opposite directions, or can I leave my
pants on? I usually find they split down the middle as I hold the pipe
between my legs cursing for not buying a better flaring tool as I try
and get the damn clamp in the right place :-)

A Simple solution to the problem is to invest in a better tool firstly ,
then to fit your nuts , stand on your head ,whilst whistling through your A
hole ! In this position your nuts will dangle down on your chest where you
can see them ! There is no need to remove your pants provided you have
loosened your belt and removed your shirt . Under pants with weak elastic
are also a big help in achieving success !
