It costs us about 60 dollars to get a service truck out to a job
(commercial HVACR). Wages, GAS, benefits, insurance, overhead. We do
not give free estimates on service work. Some residential guys are
using flat rate books. What they don't tell the customer is that those
flat rates are built on really high hourly rates.
