Well everyone I finally have a little bit to report back to you all with.

We finally made our first move, of many, to a base that trains us how to
deal with my new job. I will be training the Iraqi Army on how to be an
Army. I guess they think that the force that has kicked their butt twice
(or more) is pretty good and they want to learn something. So off I go. I
will be doing this the entire time I am deployed this time.

I moved from my original base to another base for fitting of gear, vehicles
and a whole lot of other stuff to outfit my team, we all gathered, and have
formed up. Pretty much a A-list team, one guy of every specialty. We can
do anything, everything, and teach it all to them well.

The overall view is, if we can train them, we will be done coming out here
to help them get their country back on its feet. So I guess I have THE job
out here, huh?!!!!!

Not the best of environments, but as long as I can thank you all for what
you sent out (mail is still chasing me) THAT is what counts also. I have
not recieved anything as of yet, partly because we have not reached our
final destination, at which time Im sure I will need a tractor trailer to
haul it all back. So I guess part of this is "Thanks in Advance"!!!!! We
are preparing for the worst (no Email or phone) but of course hope for the
Best (both of them being there).

Wish me patience in my endevors, and pride in the work. I know I will need
it at times, especially during translation!

Thanks again
