cooking oil/biodiesel

I'm trying to figure out how to fit a deep fryer under the hood of my
M35A2. It would be great for cooking french fries and catfish and
would be set up in an inline configuration with the main fuel line. I
need to know more, though, about how to maintain the proper cooking
temperature as that's particularly crucial to good catfish cooking.
Filtration might be a problem but shouldn't be insurmountable.

Also, would the mixed in diesel have an adverse effect on the taste of
the potatoes and fish?

Thanks
Slam
