WHY are they stuck ? lack of lube ?
Patience and wd40 may do it !!!!!!!!
Fill the block with boiling water , pour boiling water over the head , get
heat into it any how !!
CARFULLY put a big spanner on the crank pulley to push them back up , BUT
ONLY if the valves are in line with the piston -- a straight push !
Judicious use of violence may be the only way !!
