If it were an abrasion from the outside a good welding shop would do you
fine, BUT pin holes are trouble, I bet they are keeping it from letting go, The
walls are thin from moisture slowly rusting them away, A decent welder just
would not even attempt it, the patch would end up awfully big if they did, and
that is just prolonging the inevitable, the bottom will blow out the first
time you use it, if not it will at a later date, tanks are cheap. Usually some
by stander gets it ,so just junk it. Randy out
