GPS accuracy

I've used a couple of GPS's. Each had a digital readout good to .01 of a
minute of a degree. That is equal to about 100 feet. While neither is
exactly up to date now, it would be easy to disprove accuracy claims of
"within a couple feet" just by checking a screen shot of the unit in
question- it would need to have 3 places to the right of the decimal to get

to 10 feet, 4 places for 1 foot accuracy. IE: Degrees, Minutes, .000X to be
1 foot accuracy.
