That is VERY incorrect. Antique needs no FFL at all. A Curio is a gun made
before 1946 for a government, or several thousand that are on the ATF's C&R
list. But even IF it is a C&R you can NOT buy and sell with a C&R. It is a
Collectors Lic ONLY. Doing business with a C&R means JAIL time.

A C&R FFL can't buy or sell modern firearms, only antique. It has nothing to
do with business. They can only buy & sell those classified as Curio &
Relics. Muskets- pre 1900 firearms, etc. I was a FFL firearms dealer for
10 years in another life. Here in NH, you can sell up to 5 firearms a year
with no license. But, who's counting.

GL doesn't. Whitims does. E-Pay does. Other folks
do. Some 24 volt, OD green stuff works for a
ferret as well as it does for a Duece.
