I was born on Jekyll Island near Brunswick Georgia many years ago. The Navel Air Station located there, Glynco, had two super huge
blimp hangars. You could see those puppies from anywhere you were. They were an amazing sight that I grew up with, visited and got
to run around inside on several occasions, ( my Dad was a Marine Officer so I got to visit the base all the time when he was in
country). Regretfully they tore them down, closed the base and it's now a Federal Law Enforcement training area. The concrete is
still there but as far as I know nothing at all remains of those wonderful hangars. There is a golf course I can't remember the
name of that I played many times near the base, in fact maybe on part of the old base, can't remember. When the Newbie Feds are
training you get the most wonderful sounds of automatic weapons fire, racing engines and screaming tires during your rounds of golf!
Most refreshing indeed! Try putting with that................:-)

Best Regards,

Ed
