Actually 10% voting is pretty similar here in the UK clubs. We got 4%
response to our questionaire a couple of years ago.
You have to make the judgement as to are 10% concerned or unhappy or are 90%
content? Or are the 10% the more active aware members? And I am guilty of
forgetting to renew my subs....

One thing does need improving is the events calendar on the MVPA website.
