Hi, Glen.
     Everything I see and hear about MVPA leads me to believe they are
purely a magazine publisher, and that's it. They talk as if they are are
an organization that monitors congress and actions like this in Kansas,
but there is no rubber meeting the road, anywhere. That is why there was
the big shakeup, this last election cycle. Jim
