Posting your for sale ad once a week will probably suffice. Once a day will
yield questionable increase in prospects. A couple of times a day might be
overkill...

Sorry you have to get rid of it, cause even if you don't use it, it's cool
to keep in the yard to annoy the neighbors!
    But too many for sale posts will definitely annoy us! ;->
