I don't see where insulting the governor of California has anything to do
with DMV problem in Kansas. And if you still insist on insulting him, at
least get your facts straight: He is was born in Austria. He is NOT German.
He is famous for being instrumental in AM General building the civilian
"Hummer". He does not own any military vehicles. His lack of service in the
US military has nothing to do with anything; he wasn't an American in those
years. Licensing in CA, while no easy, appears to be no problem.
