Hi A L E X !

AS A FIRST STEP IN GETTING HELP FROM THIS LIST FOR YOU WHILE WORKING ON
YOUR MULE RESTORATION,

    TRY THIS....

Step 1) Look down at your keyboard.

Step 2) On the far left side of the key board are several keys. One
is stenciled 'caps lock'. Place your finger on it, but do not press it yet.

Step 3) Look along the top of your key board. There should be
several small lights which may or may not be lit. See them? If yes, got to
step 4. If no, got to step 5.

Step 4) While watching the lights, NOW press the 'caps lock' key
once. Did you see a change in the status of a light? If one or both of the
lights was lit, one should have gone off leaving one or no lights on, or it
might have illuminated one light or illuminated a second light. Did you see
this happen? If yes, go to step 4. If no, go to step 5.

Step 4) If you saw a change in the number of lights lit, it
indicates the following:

                    a) If the number of illuminated indicators decreased buy
one, you have turned of the keyboard function known as 'caps lock' or
'Keyboard function causing all alphabet keys pressed while typing to be
displayed as CAPITAL LETTERS or lower case (small) letters'. ALL CAPITAL
LETTERS ARE HARD TO READ, as well as being considered as 'SHOUTING' at the
intended recipients of your e-mail message. It's is also felt to be
impolite. It is ok to use it for a word or phrase you wish to emphasize,
such as SHOUTING or IMPOLITE.

                       b) If the number of illuminated indicators increased
by one, you have turned on the function known as 'caps lock' which causes
everything you type after pushing it and causing the 'caps lock' indicator
to come one. THIS MEANS THAT WHAT YOU ARE TYPING LOOKS LIKE THIS.

Step 5) If you did not find the indicators referred to in step 3 or
if you pressed the 'caps lock' button and did not notice a change in the
number of illuminated indicators, try this. Rapidly press the 'caps lock'
button as if you were sending Morse Code or tapping your finger while
listening to a boring individual lecture you on something you could not care
less about. While doing this, observe all areas of your key board surface
for a 'blinking' dot of light. Got it? If YES, read step 4. If NO read step
6.

Step 6) If you still can't find the 'caps lock' indicator on the key
board, try looking up at your monitor (TV screen type thingy that the
letters you are pushing with your fingers are magically appearing on) and
with each sequential press of the 'caps lock' key, observe the monitor. If
what you are typing LOOKS LIKE THIS, PRESS THE 'CAPS LOCK' KEY ONCE AND WHAT
YOU ARE TYPING SHOULD CHANGE TO something that looks like this. Or if it
looks like this, it should change to SOMETHING THAT LOOKS LIKE THIS.

That should help you regarding the 'caps lock' function of the computer
keyboard, Unfortunately, it won't directly help you with your Mule engine
question, but indirectly it will get more folks to read your posts and
therefore get your questions answered.

Troops, tomorrow we'll cover the 'SHIFT' (also has an effect the 'caps
lock' light) and 'NUM LOCK' (controls the second magic key board light)
keys! Stay tuned.
