Just found out that a Gun Shop owner in So Bend Indiana has one a the State
of Indiana refused title and plates on this vehicle also he had heard about
the Kansas issue also said that Kansas refused a M151 also.The State of
Indiana stated hazzard to Law enforcement and Homeland Security.Here we go
