This ad makes the hair on my neck stand up, I would have been cautious from the get go. It does say running when parked: I see engine probably locked up. Then says running and driving: makes me think you better count your fingers after shaking hands with this guy. As far as kids stripping parts, this kinda sounds like GL stripping parts after an item is sold.

Sounds like a name to remember and avoid.

I think you are being kinda hard on the guy. After all, he says "running
when parked." That could have been 20 years ago and neighbor kids have been
stealing parts off it ever since. Not uncommon to see kids walking down the
street with a Jeep engine or windshield. :)

Thanks for heads up on this looser!

Regards,

Glen

Mater tua criceta fuit, et pater tuo redoluit bacarum sambucus

-----Original Message-----
From: Military Vehicles Mailing List [mailto:mil-veh@mil-veh.org] On Behalf
Of MPop5555@aol.com
Sent: Monday, February 20, 2006 3:13 PM
To: Military Vehicles Mailing List
Subject: [MV] Jeeps near Petersburg, VA...update

For all those who are interested, the Ebay listing for the Jeep that I bid
on
is:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=4604469311&rd=>1&sspagename=STRK%3AMEDW%3AIT&rd=1

Read the ad!!!
