this is a great way to prevent entry to the filler
pipe, Bruce, but don't forget, if someone wants the
fuel in the tank of your CUCV(eg. M1008), all they
have to do is either cut the rubber fillhose, or
remove the clamp holding the hose to the tank and
bypass the locked cap...it would be faster to slit the
hose than to unscrew the cap even if there's no lock.
