CUCV's are 12 volt.. Different ball game.. You need to get with the "small
picture".. We are talking Military Standard lights on US Military vehicles
and trailers......24 volt systems...and -- there are NO double contact bulbs
in the system. There are double "ELEMENT" bulbs ...but NO double contact
bulbs...

The US Military does not use double contact Bulbs
in 24 volt (What to CUCV's use?). Other
militaries do use 24 volt double contact bulbs,
my Daimler Ferret has them, so they are out there.
