Hi Jim ,
              Well ! From those readings you can say that all looks pretty
good ! Valves, rings, head gaskets , Etc. At those pressures it SHOULD fire
! Right , the smoke indicates that the fuel is getting to the injectors ,
that all 4 should fail is odd , though not impossible , get them tested or
use , my previous idea , fit up side down !
OR ELSE the timing is way out on the pump , BUT why is the right bank ok ?
WATER ! what all diesels hate , if left idle and ANY water is in the system
then you might as well take all the bits off and throw them away ! In the
pump or injectors it spells disaster , 4 on one bank , odd, alternate
cylinders in the injection pump odd !
Will give it more thought during the day !
