To continue the discussion on brakes:

Every M35-series and M54-series has air-over-hydraulic brakes. No air-brake
endorsement required for those systems. Note that an air-brake endorsement
differs from a CDL. (At least in the Peoples' Socialist Republik of Nuevo
Yok.)
