            This may well be a sign that you have a fuel filter starting to
clog
, or some other reason why fuel is being restricted . A sudden change in
fuel pressure momentarily fools the injection pump into opening up before it
realises must shut down . So called hydraulic governors are suseptable to
odd behavior due to low fuel pressure at the IP.
