Note that the seller calls the vehicle a "car". As in: "The car has all
the services done at the dealership." How many people do you know that
call a HMMWV a "car"? I agree with Bruce. It sounds like some kind of
foreign scam.

Hmm "Ray Baxter" sounds like a very "western"
name..BUT the language (conjugation/spelling) in the letter sounds like
someone for whom English is a second language...

this smells ever so much like some of the other scams regarding "i wanna
buy your truck, I have shipping all arranged, I will send big cheque,
you send me the difference" sort of thing..
