I burn one PCB due losse bateries once, then I buy a
new one but it fails randomly, then I decided to try a
manual starting via the solenoid that is inside the
PCB, I download the circuit graphics, I made a plan,
made some conections inside the PCB and I burn the
alternator and the glow plugs, I modify the circuit
inside the PCB again and now it is working since
almost a year ago, (no more burned parts) with a new
glow plugs and a ebay permanet magnet marine
alternator.
Only issue is the oil preasure indicator goes down
with the front lights on; I change that to halogen,
maybe that could be the cause, now I have this issue
in my pendings...
but talking of starting: even in cold mornings, I
push a button, count to eight then I turn the key and
it starts like a new GM car

I reccomend this option especially in old humvees with
old wires
and the investment was only a push button...
