   That's not a 5 ton you bought at Ft. Meade. There may be some similarities
but a M939 series manual isn't going to be alot of help. That truck was a
prototype of the PIP or Product Improved Package for the 2.5 ton. There are a
few others floating around. Tom Murry had a residue dump that a friend of mine
bought to rebuild but many of the parts, especially the axels, were one offs
and hard to find. A guy up in Maryland had a couple runners. Good luck, if you
get it going it should prove to be better than a M35A3.
