switching the hubs is for using the 11 00 s as singles, so they track
in the line of the fronts, sure 1100s will fit says right on most rims
max size 12;00 but you do increase the chance of rubbing , not for me,
BUT Bruce the deuce told me he just had a spacer made to give alittle
more clearence and im one for doing that too! I have 11;00s on the
front of my deuces and love em, most people see em and say, hey i like
your 5 ton, i get a kick out of that, randy

I beg to differ in the case where you maintain full inflation pressures
as you would for the highway. That is 60-65 in the 1100x20's.

I have 11.00x20's duallys on my deuce without inverting any hubs, a
6000 LB shelter in the bed, and no problems whatsoever.

There is 1" clearance between them at the bottom, and 1.25" at the top.
Some people say they will rub. I never have this problem. 9.00x20's
will have 1.75" clearance at the top.

Of course if you deflate the tires for mud or sand you might have
issues, but I never do that and the truck goes through mild offroad
exercises ok.

This page describes exactly what the setup is and has pictures.

I enjoy the extra 5MPH or so I can get as well.
