I would say it's either Russian or even chinese with
the star on it like that. Hard to tell otherwise since
I can't judge scale. Take a picture with your hand on
it so we can judge how big it really is. I think it
may be for a Russian tank mounted heavy machine gun, I
forget the exact name DSHK?? maybe??
