1. Sources of parts who might have your door latches etc:

Sarafan, Spring Valley NY 914-356-1080
Adirondack Dodge, Prospect NY 800-932-8020
Vintage Power Wagon, Fairfield, IA 515-472-4665
Vermont Salvage, Colchester, VT 802 864-4762
Veteran Vehicles, Wrentham, MA, 508 384 7698 (Bob Stahl)
CAMO Inc., Stroudsburg, PA 717 476 8333
Sultan Dodge, Phoenix, OR (541)535-3522
MARS, Nashville, IN (812) 988 2330 (Paul Caudell)

If these guys can't help, it probably doesnt exist. There are many other M37
parts sources, but these are the main ones I know of.

2. I don't know about the brake adjustment. Ask Vintage PW, MARS or Sultan
-- they have built a lot of trucks and must know.

3. Yes, with a 1954 date it must be M37. If the back is open box (pick up
truck style) then troop seats should have been there, but may have been removed
long ago. They can be nicely restored with NOS parts plus new oak planks.

4. The military ND tires look right, but are made for deep mud, not highway.
Get a good set of radials. MARS recommends Kelly-Springfield "Power King"
900x16 as a good tire for the M37 at a reasonable price.

Good luck,
chuck
