There is no restriction on rebuilding a vehicle that has been
demilled/mutilated in accordance with the terms of the sles contract. It is
a good idea to keep any paperwork (and it will be issued at time of release
of the vehicle) proving that the vehicle was demilled/mutilated inaccordance
with the contract. I have researched this subject repeatedly, kept up with
new developments, and specificaly asked this question personaly of DRMS
supervisors. All agree that once the vehicle has been certified as meeting
the sales contract and released, what you do with ti is up to you !!!
