I strongly second the motion by Jim Rice regarding MVPA and MV magazine.
That's the place to start if you have any interest in this area. I have been a
member of MVPA (formerly MVCC) since 1976 (my number is 547C -- charter
member). With a very small staff they maintain a consistently high level of
quality of historical and technical articles, news, and other items of
interest. The MVPA "Supply Line" and MV magazine overlap a little in ad
coverage, but if you have both you can be sure you are not missing much of
anything.

Also, by signing up and paying the few dollars for the membership and the
magazine you are helping to support our hobby. If these orgs drop out of
existence due to lack of interest (not a problem right now), we would all be
much worse off. Maybe someday we will be strong enough as a group to get
surplus sales of HMMWVs going, stop destruction of M151s, get special license
plates etc. So sign up, pay up, and keep 'em rolling.
