Wonder if anyone out there can help us?
We bought some Aervoe paint for our WWII GPW in 1995. Aervoe then proceded to
change the color of the paint to match "new government specs". The "new"
paint is very green in color and does not match the more brownish color they
produced before. Calls to the factory do not help. We used the Aervoe paint
because they also sell spray cans in the same color (great for touch-ups).
Now those don't match either.
I have a MBT trailer to restore now and want to paint it to match the Jeep.
George Hilton, formally of Kingman, AZ, knows about this problem but he has
moved and we haven't been able to track him down.
Here are the paint codes off the can that does match. If anyone has some of
this paint, I would love to buy some, either spray cans or gallons.
