I recieved a few messages asking about the my location and the location
of the Yard. I am located at Fort Irwin, Ca and the yard is located in
the town of Barstow CA. The name of the company is Barstow Truck Parts
& Equip. CO., INC, 2431 West Main, Barstow CA 92311 619-256-1086.
I spoke with Richard Kruse there yesterday, he made it clear that he is
not a parts house, his exact words where don't call there looking for a
door handle for xxxxx vehicle. He deals in large parts and does not keep
up with military models. He will sell you complete vehicles or major
parts such as axles, engines ect...that is his main buisness. He also
has another yard that has complete vehicles in better condition. I will
be looking there some time next week. If you are looking for something
I think the best way to find it there is by walking the yard.
