The very helpful guy at Rolls-Royce said today that all "B" series engines
are fine on both gas types although to be really kind one tank-full in four
of leaded wouldn't go amiss.
The "B" series is of course found in all its forms from the 4 cyl (eg.,
Austin Champ) through 6 cyl (Ferret, Humber Pig) to the 8 cyl (FV432,
Saracen, Stalwart etc.).
He also said that all spares are still in manufacture (UK Fire Service!)
and I have a contact name/number if required.
