I was told, and want to see if I can get verification,
that the State Department will not allow the re-importation
into the U.S. of any former U.S. armor. I was told that
you could have umpteen tanks on the other side of the
Canadian border that you want to bring in for your private
collection, but that State is not allowing it any more.
Is this the truth, or was he blowing smoke up my
posterior, just to get me to buy a vehicle that he already
had in stock, versus my getting one on my own?
