We have a speedometer shop here locally that seems to have grown in size
and reputation- check their web site- it is www.paspeedo.com. They were
able to repair a Veglia speedo for my moto guzzi, so a harley
speedometer should be no problem. You can also e-mail them
paspeedo@paspeedo.com.

I see they have space reserved for harley but it is 'under construction'
