I would like to add.... wearing the hats of both a foreign bystander and
a regular active subscriber to this group....that I think this is an
appropriate place to air and discuss your problem. This group is for
military vehicle discussion, and I am sure holds some importance in your
fight for a successful solution. I wish you well, and as there are a
number of these so called 'illegaly held', vehicles among our members in
the UK, will be watching your progress closely.
