Two months ago I bought an M37 from the local Civil Defense Department.
I paid cash for it an received a bill of sale as well as the title for
the truck. With all of this talk about form 97, Should I have received
one? Can I still get on? How do I go about getting one if I need one? I
live in Northeastern Pa.
