Dave,
I too have had several dealings with Jack over the years and have also
found him to be fair and honest. Like you said, he would prefer to sell
complete vehicles and can be somewhat reluctant to sell individual parts.
However, with enough talking and persuasion he will usually came around,
after all he does want to make a sale! Also, it helps if you have a similar
part to trade in so he can put it on the vehicle he took your "new" part
off of! Jack is a really good guy and I too hope he stays in business for a
long time to come!
