[MV] military vehicles in the Bay Area?

Does anyone know of a military storage or area around the San Francisco Bay
Area which sells military vehicles? Or does the military not sell anything
to the public? Does anyone know of a BIG vehicle besides a Hummer because
they are too expensive?
