This might be fine if you've restored the MV for show competition. My
M37, mule and M416 trailer are outside. They sit out in the rain,
blizzards, sun etc. I have no intention of restoring my MVs for show.
I will restore them as close to original as possible but, I will also
use them for work and play. The 416 is full of trash that needs to be
taken to the dump, the mule will be licsensed as a farm impliment so I
may use it to haul yard waste, lawnmowers, snowblowers and possibly a
snowplow. The M37 I use to either cruise the Black Hills in the summer
with the ragtop down or up on my mining claims moving rocks, downed logs
and getting access (have to ford about 30-40" of water to get to them).
These vehicles were built for work and as long as they are properly
maintained will last a lot longer than their more current civvy
counterparts.
