Andreas,

Whatever floats your boat (as some of us say over here).

If you think, personally, that it aids in the "authenticity" (there's that
word again) of your display, go ahead. Just be ready to defend your actions,
and have a solid reason for them.

Regards,Greg.

Now I'm leaving to go work on the Unimog.

And PS, my father was originally Czech Cavalry, then Czech Infantry, then
Free Czech pilot under the R.A.F., both bomber and fighter command. Most of
his friends were lost during his service term.

My Uncle was lost in the attack on Stalingrad. I had a chance to talk to
his buddy, some years ago. They were in a fighting position, and came under
mortar fire. His buddy said " Erich was there one minute, then there was a
big noise, and when I woke up, Erich was gone. except for some pieces of
clothing and gear." Seems Erich was on the exact receiving end of a round.

My grandfather was an ardent National Socialist till the day he died.
Interesting guy to talk to, to say the least.

Why do I tell you this? Just to illustrate that I know what you are talking
about, and I don't think that we need to start dragging this in the muck and
mud.

Seems to be big fun for US-boys to use Axis flags as grease rag.
