When I originally saw Dale's original post, I chuckled to myself, but I certainly
did not want to criticize what he had done. If that is what he wants to do,
that is his business. Then I see another post (which is really a response to
Ron's private message (see subject line)) in which he states:

| ... doesn't have the mummified original driver from WW II ....
| ... So keep your "original in its authenic plastic bag" don't want any modern
| dust on it....

If this isn't a criticization of people who restore vehicles 100% correct, I don't
know what is. It is OK for him to belittle, but when someone pokes fun at
his commercial fishing boat patina for his Jeep, that is somehow totally wrong.
I stood back a few weeks ago when people were yucking it up talking about
building time machines to get parts, NOS electricity, NOS steel, finding the
people who made the original welds, bottling up 1943 air, etc, etc. . It was
SO fun to poke fun at purists then. It is not OK to make fun of people who
use screens to restore their Jeep. Unbelievable!

> Do whatever it is that floats YOUR boat.

I guess in Dale's case, he can literally do this! ;)

Todd.
