I ordered some 4' hat channel to go on my jeep, which turned out to be 3'
long when I got it, with part numbers on it which led me to think the
channel wasn't designed for use on a vehicle. He rudely informed me that
he wouldn't accept a return, or was going to charge some ridiculous fee for
restocking (out of fairness to him, I can't remember which, now). The end
result - I kept the channel and am now keeping the promise I made to
myself.
Since he is still in business, I guess most people have had better
experiences, but you have my 2 cents worth.
