Someone told me that a lot of 11.00 x 16 tires were surplused at Barstow CA a
while back. Reportedly, these tires came off of 8 wheel drive armored cars
that went to Australia. The Aussies wanted different tires on the vhicles,
so either they removed the tires, or the tires were removed prior to shipping
them to Australia. Does anyone know:
(a) where I can find some of the 11.00 x 16" tires
(b) what tires the Aussies substituted and where these can be purchased
