HiIan, I have got to quit sending out messages when I am half asleep. Of
course an AO-42 is the two cyl. engine. It just did not ring a bell with
me at the time. My 4 cyl. is a AO4-53. I am back to eating crow again.

MVPA can be contacted at - http://www.mvpa.org
or the office e-mail - mvpa@aol.com

It is really worth it to join.
For your membership you receive the publication 'Army Motors' which has
invaluable articles on restoration, old photos, feature articles and
vehicles and more, more. You also receive at the same time, 'Supply
Line,' which is the classified ads for vehicles, parts, suppliers, etc.
Hide your VISA card for at least a day or two before you start buying the
good deals in this pub! There are still a lot of good deals for sale. You
can find the part you need either in Supply Line or on this page. There
are a a great bunch of guys out there who are very informed and can steer
you to whatever you need or can afford. Supply Line also has the list of
upcoming MV events around the country (US) and around the World.
I may be sticking my neck out here, but I think if you make regular use
of this page, you owe it to MVPA and yourself to join. The phone number
is 816-737-5111. Good luck, and let me know if I can help with any mule
parts.
