Hello
I just started to work on my M35 gas that I picked up last spring.
It hasn't been run in twenty years judging from the papers. No one got a
title for it and it was sold by the govment in 1977. I haven't been able
to get the proper service manual for it yet so please don't tell me to get
the service manual, I know I need it. What I'm wondering is; is it
necessary to pull the engine ahead to tighten the bolts between the bell
housing and the transmision? For those of you unfamiliar with the M35 gas,
there are no bolts on the outside like most vehicles have through a hole
on the trany and thread into the bell housing. Is it possible to reach all
bolts through the inspection hole in the bottom of the bell housing? I'm
guessing the clutch is in the way.

Thanks for the help
