My MB doesn't have a name yet. I'm going to wait to name it until I am
actually able to drive it. I'm sure it'll name itself then. My wife's
Gold 1969 GMC truck is named "The Queen" due to the regal speed of her
windshield wipers (She looks like the queen waving her hand during a
parade). Other than that, my horse is named Sadie. I use a repro. 1859
McClellan saddle with original Officer's Curb Bit to ride. I guess you can
consider her an Antique military Vehicle ;-)
On the subject of REALLY OLD Military Vehicles, does anyone know of any
museums which have original military wagons from the American Civil War? I
know the Atlanta History Center has a wagon used on Sherman's march. I'd
love to see more than just one. Makes you appreciate the volume of jeeps
still around.
